Radhika has varied experience of over 17 years in capital markets, practice, corporate advisory, valuation, taxation and audit. Her multidisciplinary expertise enables her to approach business and transaction-related matters with a comprehensive understanding of financial, regulatory and corporate governance considerations.

At Sundae RTA, Radhika plays a key role in shaping the Company's strategic direction, strengthening governance and oversight frameworks, and fostering client relationships. Her experience contributes to the development of a structured, compliance-oriented and client-focused approach to business within the SEBI-regulated securities market framework.

Jyoti, with over 22 years of experience, has developed a strong foundation in financial management, assurance and corporate compliance. She began her professional journey as a Chartered Accountant in practice, gaining extensive exposure to management accounting, statutory and internal audits, taxation and investigative assignments. Her experience also includes transfer pricing studies, company incorporation, establishment of foreign subsidiaries, MIS development and implementation of compliance frameworks.

Her broad-based experience in financial processes, audit practices and corporate structuring brings a practical perspective to organisational controls, financial discipline and compliance management.

Rekha, Promoter and Director at Sundae RTA, is a knowledge-driven individual with experience in business advisory, focusing on financial accounting, business law and business organisation. She supports the business in its day-to-day operations with a practical and detail-oriented approach.

Manish has been associated with the Company Secretaries profession for around 25 years. He is a practising Company Secretary, Managing Partner of M/s. RMG & Associates, Company Secretaries, and Partner in GDR & Partners. His specialisations include complex assignments involving corporate laws, securities laws, taxation laws and mergers and acquisitions. His practice includes representation before quasi-judicial authorities and regulatory bodies, advice on intricate legal and compliance matters, and solutions to complex corporate and securities law issues. He is also registered as an Insolvency Professional with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI).

Manish was elected to the Central Council of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) for the terms 2019–2022 and 2023–2026. He served as Vice-President in 2022 and President in 2023 and has contributed to committees, working groups and professional forums.

His experience in corporate law, securities regulation, professional governance and insolvency matters brings valuable legal and regulatory insight to complex corporate transactions and governance-related matters.

Nitin is the Founder of Sundae Capital and has over 23 years of experience in the financial industry, with core expertise in merchant banking, mergers and restructuring, business valuation and stock-based incentive plans. His experience encompasses complex financial and corporate advisory assignments across diverse industries, focusing on transaction structuring, technical analysis, regulatory considerations and value optimisation.

As the Founder of the Sundae Group, he provides strategic direction and drives business development and institutional growth. He is actively involved in mentoring professionals, strengthening technical capabilities and fostering professional excellence, regulatory compliance and sound governance.

He has served as a speaker at programmes organised by ICSI and has been associated with professional forums involving regulatory bodies, ICAI, PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and DD Gyandarshan, among others.

Gouri has over 11 years of experience in capital markets and financial services, with expertise in primary and secondary market operations, IPOs, rights issues, NCDs and securities administration. Her experience includes coordinating with issuers, merchant bankers, stock exchanges and depositories, managing transaction processing, and ensuring adherence to applicable regulatory requirements.

At Sundae RTA, Gouri is involved in registrar and transfer agent operations, including maintaining shareholder records, processing share transfers and corporate actions, managing dematerialisation requests, dividend processing and investor grievance redressal.

Gouri holds an MBA in Finance, a Master's degree in Commerce and a Bachelor's degree in Management Studies. Lakshita is a qualified Company Secretary with a background in corporate secretarial practice, legal matters and regulatory compliance. Her professional experience includes secretarial work and compliance-related assignments, with a focus on meeting statutory requirements and supporting corporate governance processes.
